Certified Supps ships within the United States. The shipping choices, delivery estimates and any free-shipping amount are shown at checkout, and they can change.
When orders ship
Orders are usually prepared on business days, once payment is confirmed. An order placed after the daily cutoff, on a weekend or on a holiday may ship the next business day.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, address problems, payment review and stock can all change them.
All sales are final
These products are held to strict quality control, so all sales are final, and nothing can be returned once an order has shipped.
Missing, wrong or damaged items
If your order arrives with something missing, wrong or damaged, write to info@certifiedsupps.com promptly with your order number, and we'll look into it.
Canceling an order
An order can be canceled until it ships. Once it's on its way, it can't be canceled. Questions about an order go to info@certifiedsupps.com.
